While we are based in New Castle PA, we serve all of Lawrence County PA, Butler County PA, Beaver County PA and Mercer County PA. This also includes surrounding areas of those counties and larger cities.
In many cases, we can create an estimate based on the size of your home with our software, and have that over to you in minutes. We DO NOT charge by the hour, instead, we charge by the size of the project.
In the industry, the term pressure washing and power washing are used interchangeably and are basically the same with one difference. Power washing uses heated or hot water to clean.
Both pressure washing and power washing use water with added pressure that makes the cleaning process more effective on different types of surfaces that can withstand and require pressure to clean. The water pressure reaches from 1,300 to 4,400 psi. On all MCS Pressure Washing's equipment we have the ability to regulate pressure and temperature to safely and effectively clean your property.

The main difference between pressure/power washing vs. soft washing is the amount of pressure. The soft washing technique cleanses or rinses with low pressure and biodegradable cleansers or soap.
Soft washing is possible by changing the nozzle to a wider tip and lowering the pressure on the pump regulator. When done by a professional the applied water pressure is 200 to 500 psi. Soft washing is ideal for rinsing surfaces like delicate wood, aluminum, and vinyl because it preserves protective coatings and prevents water damage.

Choose normal pressure washing to deep clean and sanitize driveways, stone walls, decks, concrete, hard surfaces, and heavy equipment.
Choose soft washing from MCS to clean vinyl siding, roofs, wood panel siding, aluminum siding, stucco, and painted surfaces
